Continuing with our Single Hopped American Pale Ale Series is the fruit bomb Rakau (pronounced Ray-Co). A hop native to New Zealand, these hoppy delights have been referred to as “the whole orchard,” displaying apricot, plum, mango, pear, and other stone fruits, figs, and lighter notes of lime and pine. Beware Mr. Baker-Ginger Pale Ale          ABV-5.9%  IBU-42

Named in honor of one of the best rock and jazz drummers in history - Mr. Ginger Baker. This refreshing pale ale was made with 88lbs of fresh ginger and 11lbs of Bergamot hops. The orange and citrus from the Bergamot hops complement the light spice of ginger. Spring in a glass!

The Duke of Maibock          ABV-7.4%  IBU-29

Named for the Duke of Bavaria who implemented the German Purity Law, or Reinheitsgebot, that stated all Bavarian beer was to be brewed with only water, barley, and hops. Our Maibock follows that to a T. Strong and pale, with a grainy sweet malt aroma and flavor, a moderate spicy Tettnang hop aroma dn a clean lager finish.

Fruita Steam                    ABV-5.3%  IBU-41

An amber lager (California Common) brewed at temps more suited for ales makes this beer something special. A pronounced bitterness, a toasty and caramelly malt profile and a strong dose of traditional American hops (Northern Brewer) exhibiting woody and minty flavors. All aboard the Fruita Steam! 

  

F-Town Amber *                 ABV-6.0%  IBU-30

Gold Medal Winner at the 2017 GABF! A light amber colored beer with the perfect balance of malt, hop flavor and bitterness. The rich roasted and crystal malt can be tasted first followed by the citrusy flavor of Citra, Cascade, and Ekuanot hops. Available in 16oz to-go bottles!
